Common questions about the price
Does the volume price apply to all devices?
Yes. From 100 devices every device costs €2.25 – not just those from the 100th onwards. So there is nothing to add up in tiers.
Which devices are counted?
The devices registered in your tenant. A tablet that fails we write off; it stops counting from then on. A replacement takes its place and is not charged twice.
Does the management console cost extra?
No. The management console in the browser, any number of projects and any number of users are included in the device price. There are no user licences and no feature packages.
Are those net or gross prices?
Net. VAT is added to every amount shown at the statutory rate.
How do we pay?
By invoice, annually in advance. You store no payment details anywhere and nothing is ever debited – not at the end of the trial period either.
What does running it on our own server cost?
That depends on how you want to run it, and we discuss it beforehand. The device price stays the same. Do talk to us.
